Thank you for choosing Wadodo Web. Because our services and tools are digital in nature, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations at Wadodo.com.
1. Digital Services (SEO, Ads, Management)
For service-based projects (such as SEO campaigns or social media management), payments are made for professional time and expertise. Once work has commenced, Wadodo Web does not offer full refunds. However:
- If you cancel before work begins, you may be eligible for a full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
- If you are unsatisfied with the progress, you may request a partial refund based on the remaining unearned hours of your current billing cycle.
2. Digital Tools & Subscriptions
For software-as-a-service (SaaS) or digital marketing tools:
- Free Trials: We encourage users to use any available free trials to ensure the tool meets their needs before purchasing.
- Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, but we do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused days.
- Annual Plans: Refunds for annual plans are considered on a case-by-case basis within the first 14 days of purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Ad Spend (payments made directly to Google, Meta, etc.).
- Setup fees for customized marketing funnels.
- Completed consulting or strategy sessions.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancel a service, please email our support team at billing@wadodo.com with your order details. We aim to process all requests within 5-7 business days.
Please Note:
Wadodo Web reserves the right to deny refund requests if we detect any abuse of our tools or services.
