3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, Wadodo Web retains ownership of its proprietary tools and methodologies. Upon full payment, clients are typically granted ownership of final creative deliverables produced specifically for them.

4. Payment Terms

Fees for services and tools are outlined in your individual project proposal or subscription plan. Payments are due according to the schedule provided. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services or access to tools.

5. Data Privacy and Compliance

We take data protection seriously. Our handling of client and user data is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with relevant regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. Clients are responsible for ensuring that any data they provide to us was collected legally.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wadodo Web shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or tools. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days’ written notice, subject to the fulfillment of existing payment obligations for work already performed.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or mediation.
